Windham Solutions has implemented AI tools into its professional workflow. Currently, we are using it for marketing, tax research, issue spotting, drafting and review, and tax controversy matters, such as audits, protests, appeals, collections, and related matters.
AI is not a substitute for professional judgment, independent research, or careful review of the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, Case Law, and applicable state and local law. Used responsibly; however, AI helps us to work more efficiently, identify issues earlier, and better serve our clients. We still maintain an internal review, often including peer review, process to ensure that your tax matters are professionally and competently addressed.
